The network(planning)is an approach applying the longest route problem and its solution of the directed graph in the graph theory to scheduling,and it's also one of the dynamic programming approach.In the construction of engineering projects,the network planning is the important theoretical foundation and management tool to make the scheduled plan,the resource requirement planning and the arrangement of construction.Through the optimization of network planning,it can reach the goals of shorter construction period,lower cost and more reasonable utilization of resources, thus many countries in the world are encouraging the use of network planning technique.So far as the network planning develops,in most resource-optimization theories and methods,only single-resource condition is concemed.That's not in accordance with the engineering construction practice and the relationship of the resources and the complexity of calculation must be considered in terms of the multiple resources optimization.Secondly,the optimization models and methods that consider the construction period,cost and resources as a whole are rare,and only part of the factors is considered,and it's hard to meet the need of engineering practice.To overcome such a situation,the paper firstly expands the single resource optimization methods to multiple resources optimization by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and relevant solving procedure is put forward.Then through proposing a synthetical optimization model of network planning,the construction period,cost and resource can be considered as a whole in the optimization process of network planning,and make the optimization result of the network planning more appropriate for the construction practice,the solving procedure of the synthetical optimization model of network planning is put forward as well.At last,the synthetical optimization model of network planning with multiple resources is solved in the paper through computer programming.Given the complete programming ideas and algorithms,it can be used in different network planning with some necessary amendments in the framework of the program,which makes the model more easy to use in the practice.To test the effectiveness of the synthetical optimization model of network planning and its solving procedure which have been put forward in this paper, through applying the model to the network planning optimization of an example project,the optimized solution outputted from the computer has a shorter construction period,lower cost and more reasonable utilization of resources,and it has reached the goal of synthetical optimization.So the model and solving procedure put forward in this paper have been proved to be effective.The synthetical optimization model of network planning and relevant solving procedure put forward in this paper have proposed a solution to the problems in both the theories and the practice of network planning optimization,and it has positive meanings to the popularization of the network planning technique and the improvement of project management.
