Research On Balanced Residential Decoration Construction Personnel Optimization With Fixed Proiect Duration

Since the reform and opening, social economy and people’s living standard has been rapid developed, the size of the house decoration industry in China is becoming more and more big, personalization of decoration has become a development trend. House decoration promotes the development of the demand for decorate personnel, including the demand of construction workers and management personnel. In the background of the personalized decoration, construction managers tend to make the improper arrangement of construction workers, causing such problems as confusion in the construction management and unreasonable number of construction personnel, eventually leading to the increase of construction and management cost.In this paper, on the basis of the research group’s study, I research on the start working time of all types of workers during the process of the house decoration, analyze resource profile of all types of workers under different schedule arrangement in the whole construction cycle, establish resource balanced optimization model under the condition of the same and different worker construction cost and solve the model by using genetic algorithm, eventually study the resource equilibrium problem under the condition of variable number of construction workers of unit construction engineering and put forward steps of resource optimization. In this paper, the research effectively solves the high cost of construction caused by the construction personnel arrangement confusion, balance the number of requirements of construction personnel under the condition of fixed construction period and have certain reference significance of construction management.The first chapter analyzes present situation of the house decoration industry development and the ratio of house decoration construction workers, elaborates three problems to be solved in this paper, retrospect present situation of the corresponding domestic and foreign research and put forward the main content and thesis framework of the study.The second chapter analyzes the main theory knowledge of the decoration construction resource balanced optimization, elaborate the content of the definition of decoration construction resources, the expression method of decoration schedule, resource requirement plan of decoration construction and evaluation index of decoration construction resource equilibrium optimization and build resources equilibrium model under the situation of the same construction cost of different types of workers.The third chapter decorates resource equilibrium problems of decoration construction under the condition of the different construction cost of different types of workers, analyzes expression of multiple resources optimization goal and the evaluation of resources important degree, builds resources equilibrium model under the situation of different construction cost of different types of workers, elaborate the principles of the genetic algorithm, solve optimization model established in this paper Combined with the solving steps of genetic algorithm.The fourth chapter carries on the instance analysis of building decoration engineering construction resource equilibrium optimization, analyzes and evaluates the result of the model, study the resource equilibrium problem under the condition of variable number of construction workers of unit construction engineering.The fifth chapter summarizes the research and forecasts the future research work.
