Non-state-run S&T Parks, Development Strategy Of AnHui

The S&T park is born as the development of the S&T companies and the strong of high technology industrialization areas. During the last two decades ,for the explore of the S&T industrialization and development of the park ,it promotes the coalition of S&T and economy , which becomes the main base of S&T industrialization in the world. The rise of the non-state-run S&T parks marks the new stage of the S&T parks' construction in China, and it is the important represent to the existing nation-based and province-based high-tech industry developmental zones. Both of them promote each other, urge jointly the development of our national S&T industry.This thesis synthetically applies the theories of methodologies of industry economics, institutional economics and scientific and technological polices, and system theory etc. It analyses the developing history and actuality of S&T parks in the world and the non-state-run S&T parks in China. From the angle of clustering view, this article theoretically researches the elements of the non-state-run S&T parks as well as its structure and function. On the base, we analyze the necessary of speeding the development of non-state-run S&T parks, current condition and existent lacks in AnHui, and have an analyzing demonstration and research. Finally, we decide thesis discusses the access system, strategic design and feasible countermeasures of developing the non-state-run S&T parks in AnHui S&T park.
