Agricultural science and technology parks, which are the effective organizations and showing windows of modern intensive agriculture, have become more and more important in propelling the transformation of the may of agricultural growth and promoting development of agricultural economy. Doing research about agricultural science and technology parks, Using theories to guide practice and accelerating rapid and sound development of agricultural economy has become an instant task of current agricultural work. On the basis of summarizing the origin and development of nation and international agricultural science and technology parks, the thesis analyses and discusses the theory and characteristics of the agricultural science and technology parks by researching on the statistic data of this province; and then classification was made. Some were found and could be drawn as follows, then the working modes and mechanisms were designed. And some countermeasures were also suggested.The problems could be drawn as follows:1. The effective management and functioning system were not yet established. A large proportion of science and technology parks were still operated under the old systems of planned economy, and managed in low efficiency;2. Lack of scarify layout and orientation .The industry of some science and technology parks was in contradiction with their regional superiority, which resulted in the waste of resources;3. Absence of relevant motivation and benefit mechanism. Scientific research and teaching units, agricultural businesses, agricultural co-organizations and farmers haven't been well bound together and formed into a collective body through mutual benefit;4. Lack of model leading-enterprises and management organization that can influence farmers.5.Agricultural information system was not sound and could not provide precise market information for the agricultural parks on time.6. Different agricultural sectors competed with each other and circulation of agricultural products were not well.
