On The Development Of Industrial Garden Area Under The Background Of Chinese New Industrialization

Absorbing some experts' theories and thoughts on how to promote the new industrialization and develop industrial garden areas, the thesis expounds the relation between new industrialization and the development of industrial garden areas, and presents the author's index system of evaluating the development of industrial garden areas and the proper evaluating model. Based on the investigation of the status quo of industrial garden areas in Hunan province(especially in changsha), the thesis probes into the question of how to further develop the industrial garden areas in Hunan(especially in Changsha).The thesis consists of six parts. First, the introduction;second, the theoretical fundamentals of developing industrial garden areas under the background of new industrialization, here both the theory of developing industrial garden areas in light of new industrialization strategies and the relationship between new industrialization and developing industrial garden areas are illustrated;third, the index system of evaluating industrial garden areas influenced by the new industrialization strategies, herein some principals and contents belonging to the system are presented, and so does the model of evaluating the development of industrial garden areas;fourth, the status quo of the development of industrial garden areas in Hunan province, through examining the history of developing Hunan industrial garden areas and comparing the uneven level of the proper development all over Hunan province, the problems in the process of developing industrial garden areas are exposed;fifth, the measures and tactics employed to develop Hunan industrial garden areas, here the focus is placed on the countermeasures of promoting industrial clusters, cultivating talents, strategies of technological innovation, sustainable strategies of utilizing land, and recycle economy;sixth, the illustration andanalysis of the development of the new industrialization and garden;>reas, the aimed example is Changsha industrial garden areas, in which the status quo of its development, its function and problems during the process of Changsha industrialization are scrutinized, and the strategies and plans and measures for further developing industrial garden areas are all presented.
