Our economy has entered the era of rapid development. During these years, our goal is to construct a society with comprehensive moderate prosperity. We will do our best to construct a harmonious society. Agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the important problems. On the one hand, constructing a society with comprehensive prosperity must pay more attention on our countryside. We want to build the socialism new countryside and satisfy the requirement of country;we should strengthen the foundation of agriculture. Improving the peasants' income is the key of it. On the other hand, the development and revolution of our countryside is facing the new step. We should carry out the plan of industry support agriculture, city support countryside. Changing the face of rural depended on support form every facet.Improving the peasants' income is the root of settling the problems of agriculture, rural area and farmers. The article analyzes the meaning of improving the peasants' income, and clarifies the importance of it. Low income level limited the speed of economic development. Then, the article researches the factors of influence of peasants' income, and makes some suggestions about how to improve the peasants' income.Using the methods of literature review, dialectic analysis, comparing analysis, and statistic analysis, I explored above mentioned problems progressively. The article is divided into three parts.In the first part, I concisely analysis the meaning of improving the peasants' income, and emphases the importance of it. Higher the peasants' income, higher the peasants' consumption quality. Enlarge the consumption requirement, reduce the gap between city and countryside, and construct the harmonious society.In the second part, I concisely analysis the situation of our peasants' low income, include the difference between city and countryside, and the gap between each area. Then, focus on the factors of form the low peasants' income how to work.In the third part, I give some advises about how to improve the peasants' income. We will give our attention to adjust the structure of agriculture and products, machining farm produce and so on. The article draws a conclusion: improving the peasants' income is advantage in constructing a harmonious society.
