Research On Jiangsu Ports On The Basis Of The Exterior Capital Pattern

The port community of the littoral part of the Changjiang River in Jiangsu Province includes five ports of Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Zhangjiagang, Taicang and Nantong, and is the strategic infrastructure of this region and the important support of the an extroversive economy. However, the port community of the littoral part of the Changjiang River in Jiangsu Province is facing the competition both inside and outside. The traditional port management thought has already cannot satisfy the competition request of the modern port shipping market, the port industry at call a kind of new management strategy- the exterior capital extend. Therefore, the research for the possible development modes of capital outward extending is very necessary, and provides a new way of thinking to develop the economic development progress of the littoral part of the Changjiang River in Jiangsu Province even the whole district.This paper generalizes the evolving regulation and trends of modern ports, diagnoses the status quo of littoral ports, explicates both the advantages and disadvantages of littoral ports, analyzes the impetuses and obstacles of littoral ports. Based on these, the paper gives the possible modes of development for capital extending of Jiangsu littoral ports, including property reorganization mode, strategic alliance mode, clientage mode, supplying chain mode. Moreover, aiming at the practice situation of Jiangsu littoral ports, this paper designs the most suitable feasible development mode: supplying chain mode. Finally, the paper applies to this mode in the solid example to carry on the concrete analysis.This research also analyses and examines capital outward extending and new management strategy by substantial evidence analysis. This new management strategy has already been applied in the property reorganization of Nantong Ports Group, and obtained the success, so it provided the reference for the development of Jiangsu littoral ports. This paper evaluates first the project that the exterior capital participates in Nantong Ports Group property reorganization, and on this foundation, the paper analyses the possible existent risks, and provide the suggestion for prevention.
