Research For Development Mode Of Tianjin Dongjing Bonded Portarea

Bonded Port Area results from the continuous progress of China's reform and opening up. It develops gradually by the Bonded Areas, Export Processing Zones, Bonded Logistics Park and becomes a specialized Customs supervision area with combined function with the port operations, logistics and processing.The first Bonded Port Area was founded in June 2005 and there were total 14 Bonded Port Areas in China by now. As China's second and one of the largest Bonded Port Area, Tianjin Dongjing Bonded Port Area still face the question of its development mode even though it was established in year 2006.From the system point of view, the essay is starting with the related concept and history explanation. It introduces the development background and the status quo of Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area by analyzing the development track of special areas at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it presents the future development mode of Dongjiang Bonded Port Area i.e. to build the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area to Free Trade Port Zone based on the discussion the development problems and their origin and learning experience from advanced international Free Trade Zone. Finally, through the full design and research the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the development mode of Fee Trade Port Area.As for the research methods, the author uses a combination of theory and data analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the necessary charts and data, strengthening the conclusion persuasive.In this paper, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area has important value orientation as an important core function areas, for driving the Tianjin Binhai New Area, promoting to build the northern international shipping center and logistics center, radiation and lead the economic development of the hinterland of northern China. The ultimate goal of development of Dongjiang Bonded Port Area should be to establish Free Trade Zone. It can implement the development strategies as"One-Two-Three-Four-Five". It is namely: clear One goal - the direction of the Free Trade Zone; consolidate Two Foundation - the basis of functional development and policy innovation base; speed up Three development - shipping and logistics development, human resource development, information systems development; expand Four services - customs service, finance and tax services, business services, consumer and tourism services; achieve Five major functions - the international transfer function, the international distribution capabilities, international procurement functions, the international transit trade, export processing zones function.
