A Study On The Development And The Suggestions Of Chinese Finance Leasing

Finance leasing is becoming more and more important for economy development, and its future is wide and great. It appeared late in Chinese market, and some problems existed in its development. Researches on Chinese finance leasing market are limited. By quantitative analysis approach and qualitative analysis approach, the paper researched Chinese finance leasing industry systematically, and it suggested theory help to finance leasing practice.Mainly four parts make of this paper: the first part tells the general Finance Leasing theory, including its implication , characteristics and functions;the second part mainly narrates the situations about Chinese finance leasing, and then this paper discusses the importance and necessity to develop it nowadays;the third part, combining with detailed data, this thesis points out some problems in Chinese finance leasing development, then according to these problems, it systematically analyzes elements which limit the development of Chinese finance leasing industry from policy , law and international management and administration, etc;In the end of this paper it suggests three focal points to develop Chinese finance leasing industry systematically advanced development countermeasures from different aspects.
