The Analysis Of Strategic Management Development Of Financial Leasing In Bank Of China Tianjin Branch

With the rapid development of world economy and the deepening of financial innovation, financial leasing has become one of the most important means of financing for the global financial sector. The financing lease of our country starts late, but develops fast. The financing, asset management and other functions have important significance and profound influence on the improvement of regional economic development, promoting the small and medium-sized enterprise financing, and transferring the excess capacity. Tianjin, as an important leasing region, has a large business scale and innovates in an endless stream. BOC Tianjin Branch combined with regional advantages and its development strategy, further improves the degree of attention to the financing lease business. In this paper we research through theoretical connotation, the development process, the domestic and foreign research results, the way of operation, at the same time, using the SWOT model further analysis on BOC Tianjin Branch of the internal and external environment. From the perspective of strategic management, we further research the strategic target and strategy implementation in financing leasing of BOC Tianjin Branch.
