And in doing so, it has great advantages as well. For instance, Russia, as the largest oil exporter that is independent of OPEC, is rich in oil resource. China and Russia are contiguous in geography and they have harmonious political relations and a rapid increase in economy and trade cooperation. The two countries have developed oil cooperation since 1992. However, things aren't all that good. There exist many domestic and overseas factors which restrict the two countries' oil cooperation. It's the conjunct influence of those factors that decides the process of the two countries' oil cooperation.Sino-Russia oil cooperation is of real significance to both countries. It can not only conduce to their economic development and mutual prosperity, but also help to enrich and develop their strategic partnership.
