In recent years,as the world’s economic crisis after the influence of economic sanctions and Europe to Russia,Russia gradually switch to China’s economic and trade cooperation object.China as an agricultural country and neighboring Russia,congenital advantage of the geographical makes agricultural trade cooperation gradually deepened between China and Russia in recent years.China " the Belt and Road" policy is put forward to promote the political economic and cultural aspects between the two countries to strengthen cooperation between China and Russia.The“China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor” strategy implementation were put forward the prospects for the future economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia,so the future of agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia will also be more deeply.The main purpose of this study was to understand in the new era background that the opportunities and challenges of agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia,the development trend of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia,the influence factors of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia and the size of the influence,and accordingly puts forward targeted policy recommendations to promote agricultural trade cooperation between the two countries.This study uses the theory combined with empirical data and combined with the text analysis method and the affecting factors of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia sorted out countermeasures and Suggestions.Which using the trade gravity model on the influencing factors of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia to return and inspection,verification of influence of affecting factors on the agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia,and specifically describe is scrambling to influence or negative influence and how the role.According to the study,agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia are influenced by the two countries’ economic development level,degree of diversification on the mode of transportation,infrastructure construction and border agricultural base construction.And it was also influenced by factors such as affected by the transport costs of the two countries,natural conditions,factors such as professional talents of negative effect.Between these factors,transportation,infrastructure construction and agricultural base construction are the most important factors that affect agricultural trade cooperation between China and Russia.Although funding and WTO factors by significance test,but still has a certain influence on agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia.On the above study,we make the targetedsuggestions such as improve the investment environment,key training base for the agricultural cooperative talent,improve the supporting infrastructure agricultural construction,set up along the sino-Russian agricultural production base,improve the quality of agricultural products between China and Russian and the summary of this chapter to promote the further development of agricultural product trade cooperation between China and Russia.
