Marx's Labor Value Theory And The Construction Of Socialist Harmonious Society

To build a harmonious society is an important strategic task of the CCP facing the "golden period of development" as well as "a period of protruding contradictions". Of the many real contradictories facing us today the income distribution problem is the very focus of economic attention .To solve the income distribution problem, we can benefit from the Marx's labor value theory, which is the foundation of the Marxist economy as well as the arm to explain the rule and the developmental trend of the commodity.This paper has five parts. Following the brief introduction, the 2nd part investigates the formation process and the connotation of Marx's labor theory of value. The 3rd part focuses on the income distribution significance of the labor value theory and its meaning to building a harmonious society. In the 4th part, we discus the nature of socialist labor, the commodity of labor power, the link between "distribution according to production factors" and "distribution according to work done", the actualization form of public ownership and ESOP. The 5th is a summery.
