Studies About The Development Trend Of The Selling Ways Of Right To Use State-owned Land

After many years of reform and development, the frame of the selling ways, has been already set up, which is playing important role in the cause of management of state-owned land. But these ways are still to be improved, some malady has already seriously influenced the healthy development of land-sell.Using the economics form to analysis the selling price and the selling cause, this text put forward not only the existing problem and the cause of formation of the selling ways, but also the defect and the consequence in the land-selling system.Through drawing lessons from the experience of land management of Hong Kong, try to explore and bring forth a new selling way of land according with the fact of our country.Finally, in view of the problem existing in the selling ways of land, carry on trend research from these ways: regulation perfection and the forcast of new regulation.
