Research On Operation About Finance Company Of Enterprise Group In China

With the increase in economy of China, many economist and enterpriser pay attention to the management and administration's mode of enterprise group .As the especial Non-Bank finance institution , Finance company which are found to serve the enterprise group own a superiority in the aspects of strengthening fund's centralized management , raising the efficiency of fund utilization ,reducing the cost of fund management , promoting the fund combination of industry company and financial company .And the finance company of enterprise group can also advance the development of capital market and financial innovation.This dissertation first introduced the related theories of finance company of enterprise group and its contribution to economy of China;secondly, this dissertation analyzed the necessity that finance company of enterprise group appear in China from the perspectives of theories and practice. Then, this dissertation by illustrating with an example , finance company of Shanghai Motor group , from aspects of settling accounts, financing and investing ,analyzed that the finance company can play an important role in promoting the development of the enterprise group;Thirdly, this dissertation analyzed the problems in the operation of finance company from aspects of the government policy , financial market , finance company itself . Finally, this dissertation gives various suggestions about how to managing and administrating a finance company of enterprise group.
