The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy and the competition for human resources is more serious now. The brain drain has been more critical and how to avoid it economically is a difficult problem for enterprises. Forewarning theory give us a good idea for resolving.Firstly, negative influence of brain drain to enterprise is analyzed in this thesis. Secondly, reasons and signs of individual brain drain and collective brain drain are analyzed. Thirdly, operation procedure for forewarning management is explained, and therefore different forewarning index system of talent's individual brain drain and collective brain drain are proposed, which are evaluated with the method of AHP and Fuzzy. Finally, take firm A as a case study. In the first part, the fault of operation procedure for brain drain is pointed out. In the second part, individual brain drain forewarning index system is composed with the degree of satisfaction, the achievements evaluation system, the organizational structure, and collective brain drain forewarning index system is composed of team development space, degree of satisfaction to salary, harmonious degree between teams and the enterprise, change of team behavior and the profession competitive. In the third part, the forewarning index systems are evaluated with AHP and Fuzzy. In the forth part, brain drain problems existing in firm A are pointed out and the strategies for solving them are proposed, such as establishment of the enterprise's goal, adjust of organizational structure, establishment and consummation achievements inspection system and so on.
