In the whole national economic system, realty business of which going ahead of the rest and developing appropriatly in a healthy way can support and drive the development of the whole national economy, is funamental, leading, sustentacular industry. While as the real estate of Chengdu in recent years obtains tremendous development, the market of real estate of Chengdu is moving to maturity progressively. Meanwhile, the uncertainty and complexity of living environment real estate enterprises face have greatly increased.Norm, aggravation of competition , maturing and individualized of consumption of the order of market of real estate, has had a deep influence on the development of enterprises, policy making and anction taking. To survive and expand, enterprises must do deepen, thorough analysis to various factors and future input and output in the surrounding environment.
