The real estate market has been starting in Laos since 2006,in this case,the business for property and residential was become more and more important on real estate industry.This is a chance for real estate business to realign the principle on real estate marketing,increase the investigations and foresight,study the effect factors of the property development planning,build the analysis formula,find the problems and causes in order to make the strong marketing strategy and future innovation.The research study purposes to investigate the marketing management framework as regards SUPSIN real estate business during the country is developing.The specific aspects of marketing,human resource management and operation management,were placed emphasis on via benchmarking,exploring company?s behaviors and influential factors effect to purchase decision making.Thus,guidelines for the survival of real estate business and those in compliance with customers? behaviors were determined.To create new idea on real estate marketing strategy with emphasize the best changing in market positioning and strategy,group of optimize marketing strategy suggestions on the base of real estate company will be improvement full in marketing clear decision.Opening new opportunity on marketing environment,enhance the marketing strategy level and ensure value.expands on the knowledge examine marketing strategy by management concepts of marketing strategy.This study set out to answer the research question: How does Real estate marketing strategy is going well? The results will show how planning of company for properties develop can derives from several concepts related to strategy types.Moreover,it can also assist some new ideas for other real estate company,and could supply the demonstration researches for our current real estate marketing theory.Will be finding real estate marketing capability to be strengthening business on private company in Laos.Than findings indicated to show about how to make marketing strategy as well as,it could be a driven for other strategic decision makers uncertainty.This study will be sampling SUPSIN real estate company as the research object,analysis the performance for real estate by using PEST and SWOT tools;base on the method of induction well as well by the data collection,then analysis,study about current company situation of marketing strategy,to peel the problems and detailed the reason.Choose the suitable target market to linking the STP theory with 4P theory while analyzed several market segments according to the company?s 9 years development target.In line with market positioning on best product and cost to provide a group of optimize marketing strategies by rising from product,price,place and promotion four aspects together with fund.The research is going to interviews with the company executives,whose relevant experience exceed 5 years-and focus group discussion respecting the conceptual management framework for real estate industry.In relation to the quantitative approach 10 sets of interview form were released for exploring consumers? purchasing behavior on properties development.Find the solution for marketing strategy on real estate entrepreneur.
