Recently in the increasingly uncertainty environment of globalization and customization, supply chain management(SCM) has undergone a rapid development in theory and practice. Growing competitive pressures, and market globalization together with an increased focus on their core competence has led companies to develop supply chains(SC) that can quickly response to the more multivariable and -mutable customer needs. To remain competitive, these companies must collaborate with the others of the supply chain further to reduce operating costs while continuously improving customer service. Therefore, the study of production planning scheduling is very necessary in supply chain environment, and has great practical value. The study not only descend the production cost, but also updated the ability of deliver in time, ands then strengthen the competitions of enterprises.Based on the foundation of analyzing the study results of domestic and international, the paper firstly introduced the correlation contents of planning scheduling in supply chain environment, then discussed the flow and characteristic of military manufacturing enterprise, and established the scheduling models, then analyzed some optimized methods, and finally putted forward ant algorithm to solve the problem.The main content of this paper contains two components. Firstly, this paper analyzed the characteristics and it's facing problems, this paper also discussed the SCM model and system structure of this type enterprise. Then on the foundation this paper established the target mathematical models, which minimize the total cost of the SC as the target, and the time and produce abilities as restricts.Secondly, this paper discussed and compared some solutions of planning scheduling problem, then putted forward the idea of using ant algorithm to solve the model. Then take one military manufacturing enterprise for example verified the model is feasible.There are not only most important theoretical significances but also practical significances in this paper.
