Research Of The Manufacturing Enterprises' Procurement Strategy In The Supply Chain Environment

The changing of procuring environment has made the importance of procurement widely recognized. So a quest into the procuring strategy under supply chain, and systematic procuring strategy to control the cost of procuring, has become a must to have a robust grow for the modern enterprise.This paper gives analysis to the character of logistics in supply chain environment and the transformation of supply chain management, regarding procuring management as a key in supply chain management. The process to achieve the procuring management goal is the process to improve the efficiency of supply chain and lower it's operational cost. The procuring management in supply chain is based on external resource management, and aimed at optimizing the process of procuring, building bi-lateral relationship, and realizing E-procurement. Comparing traditional "procure for inventory" with "procure for order" under supply chain environment, this paper introduces a procuring theory of mutual benefit by cooperation, requiring a scientific choosing of supplier, making procuring strategy, to achieve a mutual benefit.This paper differentiates procuring material from the perspective of risk of procuring, value cost, and the fluctuation of market, giving analysis of procuring strategy with the six types of material and the management strategy of suppliers. According to the characters and procuring strategy of the materials that the suppliers provide, the suppliers are differentiated from the value cost and the risk of procuring. Then, the method of AHP/DEA to choose supplier considering the prospect and current situation of suppliers is broached, with which the influence of subjective factors can be decreased.At the end, the paper analyzes the decision-making of procuring lot in the condition of non-cooperate. Science the suppliers are passive and only make decision submitting to the bigest profit, the suppliers have a relatively higher cost and the supply chain isn't furthest optimized. Based on EOQ model, it builds a discount model with consideration of both supplier and procurer aimed at optimizing the supply chain. This paper can give some thought to those who aremaking the procuring strategy for supply chain enterprises, and may provide a way to have a more consolidate relationship in the supply chain, reducing the cost of supply chain.
