Supplier Management In Supply Chain Environment

The supplier management is the core of the foreign trade procurement supply chain,which can reduce the procurement cost and ensure the quality of the products.Successful foreign trade procurement enterprises need to have excellent supplier management capabilities,strengthen the management of suppliers,improve operating efficiency for enterprises to have the reality and urgency.Based on the foreign trade industry in X company as the research object,analyzes 73 suppliers in the X company,this paper analyses the feature of the 73 suppliers,supplier management status,found that there are X company supplier selection is not scientific,ignore the supplier relationship management,the lack of supplier price and cost management consciousness,supplier performance management scheme is not sound,etc.On this basis,combining with the actual case of X company to discuss the weighted method,cost method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)so as to provide reference for supplier selection of X company.Supplier relationship management,suppliers can be divided into high quality questionnaires through scale,general,short-term,inferior four types,the general suppliers long-term cooperation with quality suppliers,to reduce the price,strengthen the short-term suppliers,terminate the inferior supplier cooperation Suggestions;Supply price and cost management measures,the analysis of the factors influencing the price and put forward the measures to reduce costs;Supplier performance management,to the 12 plastic class supplier,it can be divided into primary,secondary,tertiary,quaternary suppliers,maintain a secondary supplier in primary suppliers increase trading volume,the existing volume and reduce the three suppliers,purchase quantity,looking for level 4 supplier alternative manufacturers.
