Analysis Of Harmony And Optimization On Collecting And Distributing Of Port Logistics System

Due to the globalization of the international trade around the world, the service functions of ports become various in order to meet the customer requirements and accomplish loading & discharge, collecting & distributing, and services value added of logistics with the cargos in the port. Meanwhile, a collecting and distributing with high capacities and no obstruct which can increase the port throughput capacity directly over that region, speed up loading & discharge on the dock and turnover of ship, delivery goods timely, and shorten circulating time is the requirement since shipping is the most important transportation mode of international trade. Normally, collecting and distributing is one of the key roles of controlling efficiency and results of logistics services to the port.The research situation and results of collecting and distributing of port logistics system at present basing on the scholars are summarized in this thesis, and critical role to the very system and efficiency of port logistics is put forward, too;Structure and functions of collecting and distributing are discussed against the omnipresent problem of port logistics system on collecting & distributing;according to the seven principles of system harmony and optimization and the plan project of road collecting and distributing system on Yantian-port in Shenzhen, the harmony and optimization procedure is established, that is, designing function as a start, forecasting the port throughput and logistics demands by using combination forecast method to be next, then optimizing the network structure and designing the best route choosing model;besides, a IMS of collecting and distributing is established based on some advanced technologies;and the integrated business process is designed depending on modern information technology;finally, the development strategies are introduced. It has some reference values in theory and significances in improving collecting and distributing of port logistics system for our country.
