Through the AHP model, analysising the impact of factors on the system weights of collection and distribution system, Combining with the main problems of Nansha port collection and distribution system. Sorting the influence degree on the existing problems, in accordance with the effect size to determine priorities. Proposing the development strategy of the collection and distribution system of Nansha Harbor District and specific measures to achieve the strategy.
