The land is a kind of non-renewable resources, but the human survival at the same timeand develop irreplaceable basic resources. pursue the economic benefits and ignore theprotection of the ecological environment because of being one-sided, the mankind utilizes theland resource having paid heavy cost at the same time, important issues such as the population ,grain , resource , environment facing in our times ,etc., relate to the fact that the land utilizesstructure to be improper. As to China's present land resource situation, have a large population,there is little cultivated land, cultivated land reserve resources and the per capita land resourceare insufficient seriously, people have very sharp and outstanding contradiction, but rationalutilization and protection of the land resource have not caused enough attention at present,land abuse phenomenon to be even comparatively general. Our country is bearing the realitydifficult to reverse of situation of the land resource and reverse development of the size ofpopulation, face land ecosystem the double challenge of pollution , the land utilizes structureto optimize extremely urgently . Forefathers utilize structure to optimize and study and payattention to the economic factor to the land, utilize structure to be optimized and onlymaximized by economic benefitsed to the land, but now nowadays, ecological environmentproblem severe crisis most that mankind face, have already become the greatest obstacle ofhuman sustainable development.This text draw lessons from in the world putting forward because of living beings physicalfoundation newly -Ecological footprint method , calculate and analyze the ecological footprintto the Yellow River Delta, obtain Yellow River Delta land at absolutely among the ecologicalpressure , the per capita ecological deficit reaches 1.830517 hm2 at present, and the ecologicalfootprint structure of this area is in losing the horizontal state, the land utilizes structure not tobe very rational . And has further predicted to the ecological footprint of Yellow River Deltathat analyzes, the ecological deficit of this area further increases by 2010, reach 2.096652 hm2,the ecological pressure further increases.On this basis , set up because of ecological footprint fens of layers of many goal linearprogramming model of method, and utilize structure to optimize and optimize adjustment tothe Yellow River Delta land. After adjusting, it was 2.017979 hm2 that the ecological deficit ofthis area was reduced, the economic benefits of different areas have been improved a lot at thesame time. This text has further set up land and utilized space to dispose the model ofoptimizing, and has carried on the rational distribution of space to this area, after the rationaldistribution, form reasonable land utilize structure , reach society -economy -environmentcompound benign operation of ecosystem, the society , economy , environment develop inharmony, material , energy , highly open and high-efficient Yellow River Delta that utilized ofinformation.
