The strategic risk early-warning management in the enterprises is an improvement or extendibility of the strategic risk management. It adds some early-warning functions for the future strategic activities by providing some operable methods of the early-warning analysis and the corresponding countermeasures in the enterprises such as monitoring, diagnosing, controlling and rectifying, so as to make the enterprises' present structures to be more perfect and more reasonable. The major idea of this paper is to take measures to control or to reduce the loss of the enterprises before the strategic risk occurs, and thereby to seek the maximal lucre. So the paper does not only enrich and perfect the research on the strategic risk in theory, in practice, it is also the realistic need to enhance the enterprises strategy management ability in face of this kind of special market economy in our country.The paper takes the strategic risk as the research object, with the help of the correlative early-warning management ideas, by identifying the key risk factors in the process of the enterprise strategic activities, then diagnose and evaluate them in order to alarm in advance, and to seek the best controlling countermeasures in time.In the first part of the paper, it makes the explicit explanation of the strategic risk based on the analysis of the necessary conditions of the strategy success, which makes it easier to comprehend the characteristics of the strategic risk. It analyzes the functions of the strategic risk early-warning management in the enterprises, then introduces briefly the implementation process of the early-warning management and the adoptable early-warning methods for the moment. The concrete process of the strategic risk early-warning management in the enterprises includes two parts named the early-warning analysis and the early-warning countermeasures. In the part of the early-warning analysis, it starts with identifying the strategic risk factors, designing a set of early-warning index system based on definite principles and methods. Itintroduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which carries on an overall evaluation on the strategic risk, at the same time, it uses weighted average approach which serves for disposing and analyzing the evaluation result, thus the strategic risk rank can be confirmed so that the enterprise's administrators will put forward the corresponding early-warning countermeasures at the right moment. Finally, to fully validate the feasibility and the applicability of the approach which we research, it combines the foregoing theory with a fit demonstration. So the paper is valuable to the strategic risk early-warning management in the enterprises of our country.
