Academic researches have been conducted in succession from various perspectives about the cooperate culture by the revelation of the successful myth of Japanese enterprises. However, most of these researches are static analysis on the contents, structures, evaluation and construction ect. The purpose of this thesis is further understanding and exploring the intrinsic rules that regulate the direction of the development of the cooperate culture. In order to get out of the control of traditional ways of thinking, an evolutionary analytical approach is adopted to make this tentative study on the development and changes of the cooperate culture. The main concern for a systematical analysis started from attentions that have been paid in the revolutionary process of the cooperate culture. With the powerful capacity of precise explanation about the transformation of the cooperate culture, this thesis tents to make a systematical analysis on the evolution of the cooperate culture. This kind of qualitative analysis adapts to the developmental trend for a comprehensive study assisted by the examination of case studies within the academic circle, whose research interests lie in getting to the bottom of the research object. At the early stage of the study, efforts were put to go through some references about the cooperate culture with the aim of discovering the deficiency of the previous study that are likely to be well made up for with the help of "Evolution Theory". Then the initial step is an analysis of some characteristics of the evolution of the cooperate culture and description of the internal evolutionary mechanism - learning and creation as well as the external evolutionary mechanism - market selection. With the joint functions of the above two mechanisms the original motivity of the cultural evolution of enterprises is proposed, which is the research foundation of the present study. Moreover, thisthesis also involves the understanding of the origin of the cooperate culture, the explanations of reasons for this transformation and the discovery of ways of selecting, all of which consist of the dynamic evolutionary process and construct the dynamic model of the cultural evolution of enterprises. The main contributions and focus of the present study contain a systemic exploration of the cultural heritability within an enterprise and the specific evolutionary stages like the variation, selection and maintenance of the cooperate culture. Besides, the formative framework of the transformation of the cooperate culture and the possible selecting frameworks of the cooperate culture are put forward in the thesis;the selective process embodies the subjective promoting role of the enterprisers and the objective promoting role of the outer market;the evolutional game theory is adopted in this thesis to analyze the evolutional and selective process of the cooperate culture;the cultural transformation of General Electronics is selected as a case for the evolutional analysis;these are the important and indispensable parts of the thesis and also the creative parts of the thesis.
