Overall, however, our technical level is still very backward, especially in key technologies and core technology; basically do not have independent intellectual property rights, still in a limited position to Foreign Influence. Enterprises independent innovation has been attached great importance from the Government, industry and the theoretical circles has the urgent request to study this theory. However, from the current theoretical research results, the study has been less from the perspective of enterprises for independent innovation of Chinese enterprises and innovative mechanisms for in-depth, dynamic research, but also on independent innovation of enterprises are mostly fragmented, non-system and non-continuous, or even out in the management of the business practice, these deficiencies have restricted the independent innovation of Chinese enterprises gain a profound understanding of the process.The rise of the theory of evolution provided a good solution path to solve these problems. Based on this, this paper from the perspective of the dynamic evolution, to explore the issue of the path of independent innovation of Chinese enterprises, and further enrich corporate independent innovation theoretical research. In this paper, we introduce evolutionary paradigm, in the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on technological innovation on the basis of research results, from the perspective of evolution approach of independent innovation of enterprises and building enterprises for independent innovation model of the evolution approach, on this basis, for the integration of the theoretical study and practical, we take the case of Chang An Automobile Group approach of independent innovation of the evolution analysis, and proposed countermeasures.1,The construction of the evolution approach of independent innovation of the framework.
