At the process of corporate culture construct, can the real values of the organization been inherited and developed is a new angle of view to evaluation the construction of corporate culture.This thesis at frist gives a brief introduction of corporate culture and culture inheritance,and find the inner connection between the two conceptions. corporate culture as a type that has been developed to fit the corporate management is also belonging to the larger culture of social culture systems, thus it share the same way of inheritance with the social culture. and by summarizing the influence factors of corporate culture inheritance, pave the way for the building of corporate culture inheritance evaluation indesystem.Then,to integrate theory with practice, this paper chooses M tobacco company which the writer works for as the study object,through analysis the status of M company’s corporate culture inheritance,this thesis has bult an evaluation index system and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give a assessment of M company’s corporate culture inheritance status. According to the evaluation result,this thesis gives some suggestions to how to improve corporate culture inheritance. And provide a set of effective model for M company to carry on corporate culture inheritance construction.
