After implementing reform and opening policy, Chinese state-ownedeconomic proportion still predominates in the whole national economy, althoughit is decreasing unceasingly. Because of its special characteristics, state-ownedenterprises have gigantic difference to other types of enterprises, thus, with thedevelopment of reform, the problems which lie in human resource managementin state-owned enterprises are gradually exposed, especially the development ofstate-owned enterprises. However, owing to the problems of turnover stillbelongs to a innovative research in China, not all research abroad arecompatible with Chinese realistic situation, and the research about the turnoverof state-owned enterprises is rare, so, the research on the employee turnoverintention of state–owned enterprises, undoubtedly, has its significant scientificvalue and realistic importance.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and international existing researchresults, combing the characteristic of the state-owned feather, state-ownedknowledge employees feather of turnover, this thesis adopted such many kinds ofmethods as questionnaire, descriptive statistics analysis, econometrics analyticapproach, etc. The model concerning the fourteen factors of influencing theturnover intention of knowledge type staffs in state-owned enterprises werestructured. This model indicates working satisfaction and Organizationcommitment directly influence turnover intention. The organization pledged thecorrelation coefficient is bigger than the work degree of satisfaction, explainedthe organization pledged in leaves job the degree to the staff, which can explainto be higher than the work degree of satisfaction. Fairness of assigning,development prospect, interpersonal relationships, and enterprises' systeminfluence the turnover intention through organization commitment andOrganization commitment indirectly, furthermore, influencing the turnoverbehavior. And eventually puts forwards to the suggestion and countermeasuresto preserve primary employees in state-owned enterprises as follows: The fulldisplay state-owned enterprise superiority, maximum limit dispels the knowledgestaff to leave job the thought;Setting up open market consciousness, lets theenterprise initiative adaptation market;Establishes the fair effective drivemechanism, maximum limit satisfies the staff self-realization the need;Paysgreat attention to staff's professional profession management, displays theknowledge staff's initiative fully.
