With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, human resource has become the deciding factor of promoting the economy growth an it is the tool of enterprises'competence advantage. However, the increasing knowledge employee turnover has become the main problem that currently confused many enterprises. How to solve the problem properly has been many entrepreneurs'and human resource specialists'focal point.After implementing reform and opening policy, Chinese state-owned economic proportion still predominates in the whole national economy, although it is decreasing unceasingly. Because of its special characteristics, state-owned enterprises have gigantic difference to other types of enterprises, thus, with the development of reform, the problems which lie in human resource management in state-owned enterprises are gradually exposed, especially the development of state-owned enterprises.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and international existing research results, combing the characteristic of the state-owned feather, state-owned knowledge employees'feather of turnover, integrated using the research methods of individual interview and enclosed questionnaire. Then the article studies the influence turnover factors of the knowledge employees in state-owned enterprises, analysis the influence turnover factors in state-owned enterprises, and raises some suggestions of how to control the knowledge employees'turnover in state-owned enterprises. Relevant conclusions of the study are the following:①The means of influence turnover factors of the knowledge employees in the enclosed questionnaire are all above 3.00,the essentiality appraise is very good.②Through the factor analysis according to the information collected. Seven common factors -relationship with colleagues, working expectancy, corporate profitability and development potential, system of salary and welfare, work content, working condition and family factors are drawn to measure the factors that caused the turnover of knowledge employees in state-owned enterprises.③By the variance analysis, the result show that the different individual's characteristics on knowledge employees'influence turnover factors have obvious variance. ④Put forward management measures proposal in view to the state-owned enterprises'knowledge employees.
