An Analysis On The Integration Of Taxation Informatization In China

The development of things has laws, so does the development of informatization. The construction of informatization is bound to undergo a process of sharp increase, integrated systems, and maturity in accordance with the model of the development of informatization.The taxation informatization in our country started in the early 1980s. After its development of more than twenty years, it has made great contributions to guaranteeing the great increase of taxes in consecutive years, the effective regulation of tax policy towards economics, the gradual improvement of the service systems of taxpayers, and the promotion of a large abundance in taxes. However, the phrasal features of the construction of informatization referred in the model emerged with the practice developing in depth. These features include mass production of systems, repetitive construction, over-lapping functions, different standard, low efficiency on utilizing resources, and inconvenience of management and maintenance, etc, which indicate that the traditional management and potentials of systems are to be or have already been used up. Thus, the next phase of taxation informatization is in an urgent need.Therefore, no matter whether it is the outcome of the laws of the development of informatization, or the purpose of solving the problems of taxation informatization, or the requirement of the reformation of taxation, we are ensured that it is time to bring an end to the phase of sharp increase of informatization with the feature of decentralized management, and come to the phase of maturity with integrated systems. The point of penetrating into the new phase is integration.
