A Study On Informatization Strategy Of Supply Chain Finance In PY Company

With the quick development of FINTECH and supply chain finance(SCF),information technology play more and more important roles in this area.IT has enormous advantage in the centralized handling of capital flow,logistics and information flow and is penetrating into the whole process of supply chain operations.However,the corporate strategy has always changed due to the fast market changing.In order to keep the consistency between company goal and business collaboration,the companies should establish the informatization strategy to meet the above issues.Taking CY Group's financial company-PY as an example,this paper analyzes the their informatization situation and existing problems-information isolated Island and demand chaos.It is mainly caused by the lack of strategy and inconsistency with business strategy.This paper clear the business processes with different modules.In order to manage such issue,the paper adopts sound theory of information technology strategic planning and methods of enterprise architecture.This paper is mainly introduced with four parts.The first part describes the related theory and methods of enterprise informatization strategy.The second part analyzes the business strategy and existing business problems.The third part elaborates the implementation of the information strategy by designing the business architecture and corresponding IT architecture.Finally the paper discussed on how to ensure the implementation of informatization strategy smoothly with the guarantee methods on project,organization,finance and human resource.As providing a set of framework and standards,the study results can be applied by such companies carry out the business of supply chain finance.
