Probe On The Environment For Informatization Establishment Of China's Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises

Informatization is an important means of promoting the management modernization of SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). Informatization construction has been widespread concerned in SMEs. SMEs informatization not only relates to its own survival, development and growth, but also effects China's modernization process. In recent years, under the government great importance China's SMEs informatization technology has a rapid development.But compared with developed countries we still have significant gaps. Particularly after China's accession to the WTO, enterprise informatization requirement is more urgent. Although SMEs informatization in China has made significant achievements, more SMEs sunk into the informatization "black hole".Through careful inspection on the related data and the field survey on the several SMEs, we found that the cause of SMEs informatization failure is that they have not of developed an objective strategy of SME informatization and informatization environment and the interaction of the two, particularly the impact of SMEs informatization external environment on informatization strategy has not been taken seriously and treated properly.This paper,from the basic laws of China's SMEs development, firstly,introduced SMEs implication and enterprise mformatization implication and the SMEs characteristics, the important role of enterprise informatization and enterprise informatization content; Secondly, from a macro-level we analyze the research necessity of the informatization environment and SMEs informatization strategy,and conclude the basic connotation, the informatization environment and SMEs informatization strategy . After introducing the basic theory and the involved factors of enterprise informatization environment, we research the important factors of SME environment informatization, on this basis,construct the model of SME informatization development strategy,conclude the strategy for the implementation of SMEs informatization, and analyze the problems and countermeasures in the implementation process of SMEs informatization.
