Marx's Enterprise Sustainable Development Theory And Its Realistic Value

It was proposed explicitly in the third plenary session of the party's 14th central committee that state-owned enterprise should establish modern enterprise system with clear property right, distinct power and responsibility, separated government administration and enterprise management and scientific management. After that, most of our national state-owned enterprise have established primary but more advanced enterprise system, but many enterprises are not operated well, even initiated some social questions while as a whole China's economy is growing continuously. This phenomenon is resulted from the viewpoint that enterprise reform should be always and only based on the ideas of those who have studied overseas, adopted the western enterprise theory in state-owned enterprises and even linked them blindly.Therefore this article proposes we should overlap the edge of western enterprise theory, Marx's enterprise theory and sustainable development theory, reexamine the socialist classical works carefully, construct the Marxism enterprise sustainable development theory, discuss conditions that enterprises could be developed in the long run and create harmonious development atmosphere to promote the development of Chinese enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing Marx's enterprise sustainable development theory and through the comprehensive theory statement, this article discovers that the premises of western enterprise theory does not exist in our country, despite its plenty of theoretical works; the original Marx enterprise theory has stepped onto the track of western enterprise theory; the existing sustainable development theory still mainly focuses on the macroscopic questions. Thus it is necessary to construct Marx's enterprise sustainable development theory, explore the combination of western enterprise theory, enterprise sustainable development theory and Marx's enterprise theory by using Marx's classical works.Secondly, this paper proves that Marx has proposed the systematic enterprise sustainable development theory, and has defined it.
