The Research Of Distribution Of Chongqing Beibei's Science& Technology Resource

The 21th century is the era when human being depends on revolution of science and technology, intellectual innovation to realize continuable development . The resource of science&technology is the constituent of "the first productivity" and it's also the first resource of intellectual economic era. Optimizing distribution and fully utilization of resource of science&technology resource is the problem which every country and District generally consider important.Since it became the National Continuable Development Demostrational District in 1996(it's called the National Developing General experimental district then renamed the National Continuable Development Demonstration according to the country requirement) .It insists on the continuable developing strategy and develop the science and technology aspiringly according to the requirement of the Ministry of science&technology. It is the first one which stipulates the 5-year developing programming of science and technology.Beibei District has the advantage of science&technology ,but in a long period of time,its advantage was isolated from economic construction .How to optimize the distribution of science & technology resource ,convert science and technology resource into realistic productivity ,improve creative ability of science&technology ,prompt the economic development and the progress of science &technology is the problem which should be studied and considered very carefully.This dissertation combines the requirement of National Continuable Development Demonstrational District and " Chongqing Beibei's strategic research of conversion the science and technology resource into the advantage of science and technology .The optimization of distribution of Beibei's science & technology resource is studied in the paper and a series of suggestions and measures of optimizing distribution of science & technology resource are put forward provided in the dissertation.The first part :introduce the background and the meaning and the current situation of Science& Technology Resource research.The second and third parts: analyze the meaning and character of Science& Technology Resource.
