The primary driving forces in the cities with population over 500 000 in the eastern zone of China are the environment improvement which is indicated by the provided with extend equipped roadway areas growth actually at the end of the year and the population growth. The primary driving forces in the cities with population over 500 000 in middle zone ofChina are the economic and social development which is indicated by the gross domestic production growth and the environment improvement which is indicated by the gardens and greenbelt area growth.
