In the present day that the market economy has entered the buyers' economy, the SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) widely adopt promotions by ways of credit, because their clients hope to be able to purchase on credit transactions for financing. But because our society has not fully established credit system, credit management is not standardized, and sound legal credit is not available,credit deficiencies such as SME clients malicious arrears and a lot of credit and other accounts receivable which can't be timely withdrawn arose. To this end, it is essential to strengthen and consolidate the credit awareness and credit business order to cultivate SME customer credit system, and guide SME to strengthen credit management to adapt to the healthy development of China's socialist market economic system.The thesis takes the establishment of SME clients credit appraisal and management system as the goal, and is from SME marketing perspective, to provide a customer credit assessment and management theory and operational methods for SME to take timely preventive measures and strengthen customer credit management, to minimize economic losses resulted from credit deficiencies as far as possible.The research uses qualitative and quantitative methods as the main method for a number of exploratory studies of SME customer credit assessment and management1, try to establish a evaluation index system for assessing SME credit customers. The methods uses is mainly the combination of static and dynamic assessment methods. Static customer credit rating law can not only choose clients as standard, but also as a business-to-customer basis using different credit management; Dynamic customer credit rating law could serve as a dynamic business-to-consumer credit information tracking, control and dynamic management tools.
