Research On The Urbanization In China With System Economics

The urbanization is a historical process in which the production method and the life style of the humanity are changing from the countryside to the city. The influence on urbanization not only includes the technical innovation and the essential investment, but also includes the system arrangement and system vicissitude in close correlation with urban development.Because any technical innovation and essential investment always work in the certain system environment.But the maintenance of any system environment usually relies on the industrialization. The industrialization is the power of the urbanization and in turn the urbanization gives impetus to the industrialization. In the early years of the new nation, the Chinese government had quickly established its own industrial system with the plan system. Afterwards, the government seeks the outlet for the further development of the industrialization.by means of reforming the market.It sets the high request for the Chinese urbanization development.Therefore, each local government implements a series of measures to advance the urbanization. The urbanization level of China obtains the large scale enhancement, and it reaches 37.7% in 2001, which is at the high speed in the expansion of industrialization. At the same time, there are many questions, prominently the peasant laborer unable to enjoy the residential treatment in the employment and social guarantees and education. How to effectively solve these problems becomes the duty of the government department and the economical scholars.If we carefully study the factors which hinder the Chinese urbanization, we can discover the traditional dual system influence is the basic reason. In order to effectively eliminate the influence of each kind of factor, we must systematically and comprehensively analyse the formation and the reform difficulties of the dual system. Based on this, this article systematically discusses the formation, the content, the process and the tendency of reform of dual system from the system economic angle of view. I macroscopicly analyses the latest plan for the reform and microscopicly proposes the concrete reform measure. I analyses the relation between these systems, and emphasizes the importance of system coordination.
