Research On The Co-operation Stratagem On The Yangtze Delta Metropolitan Area Economic Development

There are lots of studies about the development of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area. But there are few productions in studying the economic development of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area by co-operation (competition-cooperation) stratagem on business management. Thus the paper has studies the co-operation stratagem on the economic development of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area. Firstly, it analyses economic theory on metropolitan aera, City Clusters, co-operation stratagem and confirm the range of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area. Secondly, it cites a lot of date and correlative model to investigate and demonstrate the city circles'characteristic, economic relation, traffic contact , gravitation effect and so on among the 16 cities of the Yangtze Delta. Then it expounds the development conditions, existent problems and the potential opportunities in the future. Finally, the paper puts forward the system solutions about the co-operation stratagem on economic development of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area in three steps. Step one, it analyses the behalf of the individual and the whole of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area by game theory and affirms the feasibility and necessity of the co-operation stratagem; Step two, the paper brings forward the project on the co-operation stratagem from both the macroscopical and microcosmic angle; Step three, theoretic analysis and positive research are combined. Policy and advice about co-operation stratagem are brought forward on the port economic development of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area .The conclusion of this paper is that the Yangtze Delta metropolitan area should choose the co-operation stratagem as the necessary step to avoid the excessive competition and realize the integration of regional economy, and should impel all the 16 cities to cooperate and compete at the same time to realize the"multi-win".
