From Bonded Zone To Free Port

With the deeply open degree of Shanghai, the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone has not already adapted Shanghai's economic development .The integration between Bonded Zone and port area is an important step toward to free port, but it is limited by the nature condition of Waigaoqiao harbor. In order to become an international shipping center, Shanghai needs a deep water harbor. Yangshan is the best location to build a deep water port, and then, the Bonded Port District is able to be built on the basis of deep water port. As a red line of the paper, the functional promotion of bonded zone is through the article from very beginning to the end .Central Government tries to find a way towards to free port, Yangshan is the best choiceto be a sample to probe the Chinese model of free port . This is the goal of my paper. This paper is divided into 6 sections.Section 1 clarifies the paper's basic concepts, book review of domestic and international research results, points out the research method. Section 2 describes main types of the world free port and their basic characteristics, the point is the main function of free port in the world. Section 3 describes the development of the bonded zone under the microscope background in China, on the base of the achievement of the bonded zone, the advantages and the functional subdivision in Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone. And then author uses SPSS to analyze Waigaoqiao bonded zone's achievements and sums up the conclusion. The integration between bonded zone and port area is a new pattern of functional promotion in Waigaoqiao bonded zone . Integration and its effect for further development in the bonded zone is written in section 4. The development background, significance and policy innovation of Bonded Seaport District break are emphasized in the section 5. Section 6 firstly writes the differentiation of the free port and bonded seaport district, then writes function design and construction mode of Yangshan Free Port. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions for the free port's building.
