Study On The Development Of Qingdao Bonded Logistics Zone

With the acceleration of the economic globalization and the steady increase of Chinese total export-import volume, implementation of the integration of Free Trade Zone and Port, extablishment of a bonded logistics park will not only change the current situation of the port and perform the advantages of the policy in the free trade zone, but also the important steps of promoting the level of the ports.This paper mainly in qualitative analysis, by qualitative analysis the bonded logistics area theorem and quantitative analysis of the indicator system of the bonded logistics park, the current situation and further development of bonded logistics park in Qingdao was analyzed in this paper. The new points of this paper are: renew the definition of the bonded logistics park; Evaluation indicator system Combined qualitative and quantitative analysis was proposed; and put forward solutions to existing problems of development of Qingdao bonded logistics park.In this paper, there are 4 chapters. In Chapter I, firstly, the background and meaning of this paper are presented, and review the domestic and overseas theorem about bonded logistic park. Secondly, the methods employed in this paper and the way to research are presented. In Chapter II, by presenting and comparative analyzing the theorem of the logistics park, bonded logistics and bonded logistics park, we renewed the definition of the bonded logistics park, analyzed the function, features and operationality of the park, and analyzed the current development situation of the bonded logistics park in China, which establishes the good theoretical foundation for the whole paper. In Chapter III, we Attempt to established a evaluation indicator system of boned logistics park combined qualitative and quantitative analysis, by predicting the annual throughput of Qingdao port, we proposed a simple and precise method to predict the cargo quantity, which combines EXCEL and 6SQ. In Chapter IV, the bonded logistics park in Qingdao was described in detail, through analyzing the bonded logistics park in Qingdao with SWOT, we made clear the advantages, disadvantages and threaten factors of the bonded logistics park of Qingdao. By studying and analyzing the problems appeared in the development process of the bonded logistics park in Qingdao, we proposed some suggestions and made a sample plan about the development of the park, and hoped it will help to the development of the bonded logistics parks in Qingdao and especially in the whole country.
