Proposal And Strategy To Increase Employment In Xinjiang

The population growth in xinjiang is already surpassed the capacity of economic growth by the time .The labor forces are generally low qualified and their idea of employment are behind the time . Internal mechanism and external environment of macro economy in xinjiang is not excellent , People don't foresee the prospect of economic development in xinjiang that are affecting the further exploitation of resources , surplus labor forces in agriculture and unemployed people in cities are increasing gradually day by day . The process of exploiting labor force resources and economic development in xinjiang must be quicken, and the time and space of people's economic activities that can bring them income must be expand while we faced such economic problems that this is the requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way at present in xinjiang.This dissertation presents the new proposal and strategy to increase employment in xinjiang according to the practical conditions of xinjiang and the characteristics of economy and culture of minorities .the author thought that the government must play a conductive role in the process of increasing employment by improving the macro environment of social economy, and the companies must play an important role in the increasing employment by further exploiting resources in xinjiang and by developing special economy , and meanwhile ,people's traditional concept of employment should be changed from the root by the collective effort of government and companies , and must realize the harmony of population...
