Research On The Current Employment Problem Of Xinjiang And The Action Of Government

In this paper, the research is on the current employment problem of Xinjiang .Employment is the people's livelihood, Employment, education, medical care has now become one of the focus problems in the current society. In recent years, Xinjiang's economy maintained a rapid growth , the ability of abtaining employment strenthened constantly in the second industry and the tertiary industry , employment scale are expanding and market-oriented employment mechanism has preliminarily formed. However, because of the agricultural population is relatively surplus, the economic base is relatively weak ,service industry development lag behind, the labor force total quantity is big and employment pressure is high. At the same time, by changes in economic structure, uneven of regional development, as well as the labor force quality does not adapt to the market demand. such as the impact of frequent job-unemployment, stability of employment is bad, the legacy of laid-off workers during the system transition period, college graduates, rural labor transfer, difficult groups highlighted the employment problem. Especially under the current condition of economic crisis increasingly deepenen, the employment situation is very severe in Xinjiang. Xinjiang government how to resovle the employment problem, how to enlarge employment, to promote employment of public service functions, which has great meaning to the economic and social development and building a moderately prosperous society of Xin jiang.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is an Introduction, mainly tintroduced the background and significance of the topic, employment and related concepts,western and China's employment theory research condition. The second part is mainly analyzed the current employment problem and the reasons analysis in Xinjiang. The third part focuses on the current severe employment situation and discusses the responsibility and the function of Xinjiang government to promote employment.The fourth is the key point of this paper,through on the current-depth analsis of the employment problem in Xinjiang and on the base of the developed country promotion employment model and Xinjiang's practice experience,proposed some countrmeasures and proosals to solve Xinjiang current employment problem.the fifth part is the concluding part of the article.
