The Farmer' s Professional Cooperated Economic Organization (FPCEO) is one kind of the economic organization that is owned by the farmer members who control it democratically, participate actively and benefit from it. Since the 80s of the 20th century, it has prospered quietly in Chinese countries and developed quickly. This kind of economic organization has the advantage in improving the systematism degree of the farmer for entering the market, in promoting the agricultural industrialization management, in enhancing the farmers own making, and in reforming the agricultural management which the government has been taking etc.Guizhou province belongs to the laggardly one in developing the FPCEO. Based on the economic idea and practice at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the importance of developing the FPCEO, the developing actualities and the typical cases.
