Study On The Application Of Project Financing In The Market-orientation Reform Of Our Infrastructure Field

Since reform and opening-up, the supply of infrastructures has been increasing fast as the economy of our country is developing. But compared with developing speed of economy, the infrastructures' supply growth rate is still very slow. In order to promote the development of economy of our country and improve the infrastructures' supply efficiency, it is necessary to introduce competitive mechanism into the field of infrastructures.The reform of infrastructures field in developed countries includes the transformation of the role of the government, the introduction of social investors and addition of financing channel. Project financing has been widely applied in the reform process of infrastructures in developed countries and has promoted the supply efficiency of infrastructures.Project financing has been successfully applied in our country, too. Along with the growth of economy of our country, it will be applied much more in the future. This paper is on the application of Project financing in the reform of our infrastructures. It is mainly composed of five parts: part one summarizes the production of former research in the infrastructure field and the project financing field, this part gives the theoretical foundation of reformation of infrastructures;the second part analyses the necessity and feasibility of the application of Project financing in the infrastructure;the third part is the demonstration of the application of project financing in our country;the forth part gives suggestion of how to choose the proper mode of Project financing;the five part is the last one , it analyses the function of government in the process of Project financing in infrastructure field.
