Risk Management Of Investment And Financing Of KLY Project Reformation

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's consumption level,more and more theme parks are settled in China.In addition to Disney,Universal Studios,Six Flag,Lego and other well-known foreign theme parks,domestic theme park brand is also rapidly rising,such as Chime Long,Happy Valley,Fantawild Adventure.The competition among theme parks is more and more intense,and it is a strategic problem for each theme park to maintain long-term competitive advantage.At present we usually remodel the project in order to attract more tourists to revisit and enhance the re-visit rate.It's interesting to note that there are many uncertain factors on the process of transformation.It is still insufficient to analyse and manage risks of investment and financing of project reformation.In the actual process of transformation,the lack of theoretical support usually lead to excessive investment,construction delay and waste of resources.These problems can be solved by the comprehensive risk management of the project.Firstly,the thesis will introduce the state of the fierce competition among theme parks,then put forward the research topic of this paper.When describing the main studying contents,we further clarify the scope and object of this paper,define and innovate the related concepts,such as investment and financing,risk,etc.Secondly,according to the comprehensive risk management theory,we introduce the concepts,types and characteristics of the investment and financing risk.We also analyze the comprehensive risk management process of the investment and financing,including risk identification,assessment,analysis and control.Thirdly,we introduce the specific situation of the KLY project,including the location,the current operating conditions,the investment scale and the expected progress of the project.In order to distinguish the different levels of risks and manage the risks pertinently,we classify and analyse the risks of the design stage,construction stage and operation stage,and classify the risks through the two dimensions of likelihood and severity of risks.Finally,according to the specific risks of the KLY project,we put forward the method of comprehensive risk management.Aiming at all kinds of risks in the design stage,construction stage and operation stage,especially the top level of risks,we put forward some concrete measures to control the risks.In this thesis,through the combination of theory and practice,we provide support and basis for the KLY project to carry out comprehensive risk management.It improves the efficiency of risk assessment and control,provides the necessary support for the transformation of other projects in the future,and provides some reference for other theme parks.
