The Study Of Logistic Standardization Performance Evaluation System

This paper concentrated on the study of the index system of the logistic standardization evaluation and the method of logistic standardization performance evaluation ,and established a feasible and operational logistic standardization evaluation index system. It solved the evaluation problem effectively in the kind of logistic standardization. It can make the enterprise improve the logistic standardization level unprompted which under the behalf themselves. It can upgrade the level of logistic standardization and then promote the modern logistic developing healthily.Aiming to gaining the forcing factors and berried factors, the investigation was carried out. Based on this investigation, an index aggregation for logistic standardization is gained, in which the top level factors are social benefit, enterprise benefit, enterprise information level and enterprise service level, the simplex factors are rate of cast off lesson, share of equipments, rate of standardization client driving.The methods of benchmarking and vertical comparison of historic data are used to evaluate the simplex index, while the fuzzy analysis method is used to evaluate the performance of logistic standardization.By the hypothesis of the enterprise condition, data resource and disposal method, an example was presented, based on fuzzy analysis method.Finally, the paper gives some suggestions for construction of the logistic standardization system, and then discusses the contributions and shortcomings of this research.
