The performance of commercial bank refers to the management efficiency and risk control ability when the commercial bank utilizes the owned resources, provides the products and the service adapting it to the market economy request and the banking industry development law. Performance evaluation of commercial bank is a comprehensive evaluation. We should perfect the index system of performance evaluation and the method of commercial bank in order to provide effective information measure and management forecast for its business. This article puts forward the concrete index system and method of the performance evaluation of commercial bank .This paper consists of six parts.Chapter one, which is the part of Introduction, explains the research background and purpose, and briefly reviews performance evaluation of commercial bank in home and aboard.
