Researchers and enterprisers have always made their efforts to try to explore ways of effectively operating enterprises so as to keep their sustainable development. Since 1990's, the concept of the core competence proposed by Hamel and Palahad has no doubt offered an new and convincing explanation for this problem. The core competence has already been the backbone, around which all strategic managerial activities have been conducted, and the foundation for an enterprise to remain invincible in the future. With the complication of environment for the existence of enterprises, a lot of difficulties emerged in the process of the cultivation of the core competence. It is these difficulties that lead many enterprises to mistakes of core competence rigidity. Therefore, some researchers put forward the concept of dynamic core competence that is aimed at overcoming the core competence rigidity and promptly achieving success under the new circumstances. By now, there have been two ways of cultivating the dynamic core competence: The first is the self - creating and self - accumulating method, which means to cultivate the dynamic core competence through creative activities within an enterprise. The other is the expansion method, which means to cultivate the dynamic core competence through market dealings, incorporations or purchases of other companies and enterprises. The strategic alliances, as a new-fashioned organizational form, has two types of advantages on the construction of core competence. One is the flexibility, swiftness and its strategic characteristics. The establishment of this alliance not only helps enterprises participate in the market;provide products and services of a better quality;lower the dander of financing and exploration;restrict and weaken the opponents ect. but also facilitate the formation of new relationships with their customers, providers and cooperators, which bring the enterprises competitive advantages in coping with the increasing global competitionthrough the continuous adjustment of these relationships and connections. It benefits the cultivation of the dynamic core competence and the strengthening of competitive advantages of enterprises. This thesis presents an analysis of ways of promoting the cultural transfer from a member enterprise within the alliance to another based on an analysis of the inner mechanism of the strategic alliance of dynamic core competence. With this promotion, both the dynamic core cpmpetence and competitive advantage are improved. Five perspectives are adopted during the analysis: they are respectively the strategic purpose, the credibility and the culture of the strategic alliances and the dynamic capacity of enterprises. Finally, some approaches and suggestions are proposed on the basis of the analysis of the establishment and operating management of the strategic alliances for the dynamic core competence within the theoretic framework mentioned hereinbefore.
