As the knowledge economy era draws to a close, the pace of economicintegration has increased dramatically. In the face of intensifying competition,theorists and business people were forced to re-examine the practical problemwith dynamic point of view. In order to maintain their long-term competitiveadvantage, enterprises were forced to adapt, update, reconfigure and create theirresources and capabilities, to conform to changes in the environment constantly.In this context, with the further intensified dynamic, complex and uncertainbusiness environment, the only way for a firm to sustain a competitive advantageand to adapt to the new demands of the times is to spare no effort to implementbusiness innovation and change.The only way of the enterprise is to continuouslyimprove the competitiveness of enterprises, innovate, learn and adjust its strategyto adapt to change. In origin of Species, Darwin says:" long-term existence of thespecies is neither the most powerful nor the most intelligent, but the mostadaptation to environmental change". In order to adapt to such a dynamicenvironment, and obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, core competenceof enterprise must be dynamically updated with the continued evolution, thiscore competencies which continuously updated and created a new competitiveadvantage over time is the dynamic core competencies. At present, the enterprisehas begun to focus on their core abilities, after the formation of the corecompetencies, it is relatively stable. Companies emphasize the core competencies,then the core competencies can be strengthened, when the core competence is tothe extreme, there be a deep rigidity of the core competencies. After theformation of the core rigid competencies, it will hinder innovation in theenterprise, bound the renewal and reconstruction of the enterprise corecompetencies; this is the paradox in the corporate capacity management: corecompetencies are also core rigidity. In other words, the core competencies bringadvantages to the enterprise at the same time with the potential problems. Thecore competencies may be against the imitation of competitors in the short term,it is hard to avoid the impact of the rapidly changing environment, and marketuncertainty will erosion depleted the company’s core capabilities. As the development of the core competencies concept, the idea of the dynamic corecompetence is to generate and receive attention in this context These studies ofthe theory of competitive advantage, strategic conflict theory, organizationalecology theory, institutional theory, resource based theory and the recentdynamic capabilities theory make a corresponding contribution in whetheradaptation or innovation when the organization facing changes. Therefore ittriggered the system research of activating and cultivating the internal innovativeelements of the organization and the dynamic core competencies.then theresearch has become a hot spot, this is also the best way to successfully solve therigidity of the core competence.This article starting from the motivation of the emergence of enterprisedynamic core competencies, on this basis of a large number of review, extractsthe basic variables, using of factor analysis method, come to seven motivefactors which affect the emergence of enterprise dynamic core competencies, ofwhich four factors from the enterprise internal, named organizational innovationfactors, the other three from the external environment for enterprises. Thereforethe changing of enterprise competencies not only drives by external motivation,but also effects by the internal motivation. But the internal motivation is the rootcause. Environment and opportunities for enterprises in the fierce marketcompetition, only on behalf of the enterprises have the possibility of success, butdoes not mean that companies will succeed, the ultimate determinants within theenterprise are from of structural change,strategic adjustment,knowledgeinnovation and organizational learning in the organization.The former documents or dynamic core competencies stay more in theproposed origin of definitions, connotations, theories and other aspects ofqualitative research, but less in their specific composition measures. Based onthe situation, we use statistics methods of the cluster analysis and the logisticregression analysis to analyze the constituent elements of the dynamic corecompetencies, take advantage of the four-dimension internal indicators ofabilities of assessing, integrating, learning and independent innovating, make anempirical research for the relative importance of factors constituting the dynamiccore competencies in order for the essential factors affecting the dynamic corecompetencies. Targeting at an improvement of the dynamic adaptability to the external environment and the core competencies, these abilities included in theelements should be considered, but neglected. Especially enterprises should paymore attention to the knowledge-transformation ability, the knowledge-utilization ability and the introduction-absorption ability.This dissertation anatomizes the internal and dynamical mechanism of theemergence of enterprise dynamic core competencies, and constructs thefour-dimensions model of the emergence of enterprise dynamic corecompetencies,particularly describes the phenomena and the process aboutappearing. This dissertation analyzes the effecting Mechanism of corporateorganizational Innovation to promote dynamic core competencies and takesdynamic core competencies as a medium variable by constructing the SEMmodel of corporate organizational Innovation to organizational effect and thenselects several High-end equipment manufacturing industry corporate toresearch.This dissertation simulates the emergence of emulating and promoting theorganizational innovative motivation of enterprise dynamic core competenciesnby SWARM platform.Based on the theory of organizational innovation to themodel of the emergence of dynamic core competencies this dissertation combinescomplicated adopted system theory according to develop the JAVA emulatedprogram based on Swarm platform. This dissertation simulates the effect ofcorporate organizational Innovation to promoting dynamic core competenciesover the completed circumstance and analyzes the results, provides theemergence of dynamic core competencies strategy.
